I walk into every appointment and everyone is always so happy to be doing their jobs and is always happy to see me come in. I have an invisaline and the process has been so easy with them. They recently got a new scanner to create a mold for my new invisaline/retainer, it is very quick and efficient. Therefore, making the process even more simple.

Dr. Ross and Staff are great! They always answer my questions full and explain the treatment procedures. As a dental professional in the Southern NH community I have the pleasure of seeing lots of children in braces from orthodontists In the area. I could not bring my child to an office that I was not completely satisfied with or Did not like the results of the treatment. I have seen many smiles that Dr. Ross has perfected and I could not imagine bringing my daughter any where else. Her staff is welcoming and professional. Every time I call an answering machine picks up and says they are closed. They never let you know when they are closed or when they will return to office. I swear they make up their own schedule on the fly! Extremely frustrating.
